Raccoon Scat
- Size: 2-3 inches long, 1/2 inch diameter (similar to a small dog).
- Appearance: Tubular, blunt ends, often contains berries or seeds.
- Location: Often found in "latrines" (piles) on roofs, in attics, or at the base of trees.
â ī¸ DANGER: Can contain Raccoon Roundworm eggs, which are fatal to humans if ingested/inhaled.

Bat Guano
- Size: Small, similar to mouse droppings but slightly larger.
- Appearance: Dark, shiny, speckled. Crumbles to dust easily when touched.
- Location: Piles directly underneath roosting spots in attics or on porches.
â ī¸ DANGER: Accumulations can grow Histoplasmosis fungus, causing severe respiratory illness.

Mouse Droppings
- Size: Very small, 1/8 to 1/4 inch long (like a grain of rice).
- Appearance: Black, pointed at both ends.
- Location: Scattered along walls, in cupboards, drawers, and near food sources.

Squirrel Droppings
- Size: 1/2 to 1 inch long, slightly larger than mouse droppings.
- Appearance: Oval or oblong, rounded ends. Often lighter brown/tan than rat poop.
- Location: Scattered in attics, but squirrels often defecate outside unless trapped.

Rat Droppings
- Size: 1/2 to 3/4 inch long (olive pit size).
- Appearance: Black, shiny, capsule-shaped with blunt ends (Norway Rat) or pointed (Roof Rat).
- Location: Along runways, behind boxes, in garages and basements.

Snake Droppings
- Size: Varies by snake size, often large liquid smears.
- Appearance: Contains a white cap (uric acid) similar to bird poop, but with fur/bones from prey.
- Location: Attics, basements, or near shed skins.
