Does Homeowners Insurance Cover It?
Often, Yes. Many homeowners insurance policies cover the cost of repairing damage caused by wild animals (like raccoons or bats), including insulation replacement.
However, they typically do not cover the cost of removing the animal itself or the exclusion work to prevent future entry.
We have experience working with insurance adjusters and can provide the detailed photos and documentation needed to support your claim.
